• Must have minimum 2 years & maximum 9 years of experience in Java/J2EE
• Level – Software engineer / System Analyst/ Team Leader
• Any Graduate

Eligibility criteria for this scheme

All Employees of Atos Origin India except:

• Human Resource staff, Management Team Member and employees of grade 7 and above.
• Managers hiring staff for their own departments and who have a decision making role in the selection of candidates.

All employees of Atos Origin India, except who fall under the above mentioned category, can refer people from grade 2 to grade 7.
