Human Resource staff, Management Team Member and employees of grade 7 and above.
Managers hiring staff for their own departments and who have a decision making role in the selection of candidates.

All employees of Atos Origin India, except who fall under the above mentioned category, can refer people from grade 2 to grade 7.
