		Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in CRM/TPM.
		Hands-on experience with configurations required in end-to-end promotion process starts from promotion creation to financial accruals/postings and claim processing.
		Good understanding in TPM integration with ECC Dispute Management.
		Good working knowledge in Business Processes around promotions and net revenue impact.
		Excellent communication skills; also good in communicating/translating to technical team functional requirements.
		Good writing skills to document business requirements, functional specs, etc.
		An individual who can manage and coordinate with other members to deliver the task.
		Proactively seek new knowledge to apply to his own work.
